The Kerala-based Meridian Homes will be launching an exclusive waterfront luxury apartment and villa project by name Blue Waters in Kochi near the Lakeshore Hospital on NH 47.
The project is designed by Australian architectural firm HBO+EMTB, which is renowned for its environment-friendly design that integrates commercial and social objectives.
Speaking to reporters, Mr Ravi Shankar, Managing Director, Meridian Homes, said that Blue Waters is the only waterfront project in Kochi with lots of recreational facilities, including a private marina and aquatic sporting facilities. Blue Waters is designed by taking into consideration green aspect of building with maximum energy efficient features, he said.
The project, which is to be completed in 30 months, features super luxury villas and apartments spread across more than three acres.
It is exquisitely designed with 16 magnificent 3-storied fully furnished boutique villas and 20 duplex apartments.
