Mohit Kampani, the Chief-Merchandising at Spencer’s Retail, will takeover as CEO of the company with effect from December 1. Spencer’s is the multi-brand retail arm of RP-Sanjiv Goenka group flagship CESC Ltd. Kampani will replace the incumbent CEO Vineet Kapila, who has already put in his papers. Kapila joined Spencer’s Retail in 2008 after a stint with Coca Cola.
