Mr Rahul Bajaj, former Member of Parliament, and Chairman of the Bajaj Group, has lambasted the soft stance of the Union Government.
Referring to the serial blasts in Mumbai yesterday, Mr Bajaj, who was speaking at the AGM of Bajaj Auto here, said that if the attack originated from India's neighbours the strategy to counter it with dialogue had to be reviewed.
He pointed out that no successful attack had taken place in the US since 9/11, and some personal liberty and freedom had to be sacrificed for measures like screening, he said, “India is a soft state,” and asked, “What are our intelligence agencies like NIA doing?”
