Nitesh Estates Ltd’s subsidiary Nitesh Urban Development Private Ltd launched on Wednesday the green residential project of 417 units at Marathahalli - Sarjapur outer ring road, IT hub of Bangalore.
The project will yield a total revenue of Rs 300 crore over the next 30 months adding significant income on a consolidated basis, the company said in its filings with the stock exchanges.
