Primer on new company law

The company secretaries’ institute has launched a primer on the new company law. The primer was launched by S.N. Ananthasubramanian, President, Institute of Company Secretaries of India, in the capital on Friday. He also launched the ‘corporate compliance executive certificate’ to create a cadre of skills-oriented professionals to provide support services in the secretarial department of companies.
