Rain Commodities Ltd has informed the BSE that a meeting of the board of directors of the company will be held on January 24 to consider and take on record the order dated December 29, 2010 of the High Court of Andhra Pradesh approving the scheme of arrangement between Rain Commodities Ltd, Rain CII Carbon (India) Ltd, Rain CII Carbon (Vizag) Ltd and their respective shareholders and creditors.
