Bangalore-based real estate firm Puravankara Projects posted a 61 per cent dip (year-on-year) in profit after tax for the fourth quarter ended March 31, 2011, at Rs 16.9 crore, while revenues rose 27 per cent to Rs 155 crore.
For the year ended March 31, 2011, the company's net profit dipped 19.5 per cent to Rs 117 crore.
Revenues rose 25 per cent to Rs 599 crore.
