Sasan power project unit online

Reliance Power said the third 660MW unit of the 3,960-MW Sasan power project in Madhya Pradesh has commenced power generation. With this unit online, the total power generation at the project is 1,980 MW. The remaining three units, also of 660 MW each, are at an advanced stage of construction and will be commissioned over the next few months, the company said.
