Sunil Hitech Engineers will set up a 5-MW solar project, awarded under the National Solar Mission in Maharashtra. The company is now in the final stages of financial closure. The project is expected to be completed by April. The project has been awarded with a highest variable grant funding (VGF) of ₹1.35 crore a MW and fixed tariff of ₹5.45 a kwhr for 25 years with effect from commissioning. The total VGF for the project will be ₹6.75 crore.
