Synergy Property Development Services has bagged the contract to manage Huawei's new R&D facility to be constructed in Whitefield, Bangalore. The project, comprising a software facility and residential complexes of over one million sqft, spread across 20 acres, is estimated to cost Rs 500 crore. Synergy scope work includes design management, co-ordination, procurement management, construction management, said Mr. Sankey Prasad, Managing Director, Synergy, said.
