TVS mulls 2nd interim dividend

TVS Motor Company may consider payment of second interim dividend. The company has informed the BSE that the Register of Members & Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from August 4 to August 5, 2011 for the purpose of payment of second interim dividend, if any.
