In a bid to increase its reach, sports channel Ten HD has struck a deal with DTH player Tata Sky. Rajesh Sethi, CEO - Sports Business ZEEL, said the availability of Ten HD on Tata Sky would offer sports content covering cricket, football, tennis, athletics, among others, to its HD subscribers. Some of the key sporting events slated for telecast include cricket from South Africa, Sri Lanka and West Indies, 2014 Commonwealth Games, 2014 Asian Games, US Open, ATP, WTA, UEFA Champions League, UEFA Europa League, French League, Moto GP, Tour de France and WWE, among others, he said.
