Titan shareholders clear new name

The shareholders of Titan Industries through postal ballot have approved a special resolution to amend the clause of company’s memorandum of association to start new business. Another resolution for change of name of the company from Titan Industries Ltd to Titan Company Ltd was also passed. About 99.99 per cent votes polled gave their consent for the company to commence new business and 99.98 per cent gave their consent for name change respectively said a company release to exchanges.
