Real estate firm Unitech has reported a 60 per cent drop in net profit to ₹32.8 crore for the third quarter ended December 31 against ₹84.2 crore in the corresponding period last year. Total income stood at ₹731.6 crore against ₹644.7 crore a year ago. EPS for the nine months ended December 31, 2013, stood at 46 paise on an equity base of ₹523.26 crore. A company statement said the net debt as of December 31 stood at ₹6,299.2 crore. The total value of sales booking stood at ₹1,071 crore.
