United Breweries’ profits are down by 19.64 per cent at Rs 5.85 crore for the fourth quarter (Q4) of financial year (FY) as compared to Rs 7.28 crore recorded last year.
The company’s income from operations is higher by 7.06 per cent to Rs 1003.62 crore as compared to Rs 937.38 crore in the same quarter last year.
EPS of the company stood at Rs 0.19 as compared to Rs 0.25 recorded last year. The board of directors of the company have proposed dividend of Rs 0.70 per equity share amounting to Rs 21.66 crore.
The dividend includes distribution tax for the year ended March 31, 2013.
