Warren Tea on Wednesday decided to issue seven bonus shares for every 10 shares held in the company. The decision was taken at a board meeting here. The bonus issue is subject to approval from shareholders. The company stock closed at Rs 434.75, up a little over 5 per cent on the Bombay Stock Exchange.
