The board of directors of Wheels India, at its meeting on Thursday, approved the payment of interim dividend for the financial year ending March 31, 2012, at Rs 4 per share (40 per cent) on 98,69,444 equity shares of Rs 10 each fully paid-up. The interim dividend will be paid on March 29, 2012, to the shareholders.
