India Yamaha Motor organised a two-day event as a part of the company’s Mega Activity Campaign in the city on Saturday.
The Mega Event, designed to engage customers across all age groups and gender, comprised a number of engaging and exciting activities like Female Riding Training Program, Kidz Safe Riding Science Program, Super Mileage Contests and Free Service Camps, company sources said
Company’s director (Sales and Marketing) Jun Nakata said Yamaha had always been an ardent supporter and believer in spreading awareness about safe riding training and techniques.
“It gives me immense pleasure that we are able to bring a slice of Yamaha’s expertise in safe riding, training and servicing and integrate it with the liveliness and vigour that the people of Kolkata exude”, Nakata said adding the company was trying to reach out to the kids and women and educate them about various nuances of riding a 2-wheeler.
For over four years, Yamaha has been promoting road safety/ safe driving habits.
