Shareholders of ABB Ltd at the company’s Annual General Meeting held on May 9 approved the change of name from ‘ABB Ltd’ to ‘ABB India Ltd’.
The shareholders have also approved the re-appointment of directors — Darius E. Udwadia and N.S. Raghavan — who retired by rotation.
