Chennai-based property developer Akshaya Homes proposed to enter the Karnataka and Kerala realty market by 2015, a top company official said today.
The company would also have pan-India presence in another five years, Mr T. Chitty Babu, Chairman and CEO, Akshaya Homes, told reporters here.
He was speaking after launching Akshaya Homes' 11-storey housing project, claimed to be the first ‘4 star' apartments, in the city.
The ‘Orbit 11' has 30 exquisite three bedroom homes, costing Rs.1.75 crore onwards for the three different types of apartments, priced at Rs 7,500 per square feet, he said.
He said the project had been given ‘4 star' rating by CRISIL.
The project, 149th from Akshaya, costing about Rs 200 crore exclusive of the land, would be completed within 21 months, he said.
