Amit Chatterjee has been appointed as Executive Vice-President (Enterprise Solutions and Technology Group) of CA Technologies.
"He will have the overall responsibility for strategy and execution across the full portfolio of enterprise businesses from development to commercialisation,'' a company press release said here on Thursday.
Peter Griffiths, who held this position since 2011, will leave the company to pursue other interests.
