Aarti Industries Ltd has informed BSE that the next meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on May 21, 2019, inter-alia, to; 1. Consider, approve and take on record Audited Financial Results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2019. 2. Consider and recommend final dividend, if any, for the year ended March 31, 2019. In pursuant to the earlier intimation dated April 3, 2019, the Trading Window of the Company shall remain closed until May 23, 2019 for the aforesaid purpose.
