ADOR MULTIPRODUCTS LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 05/02/2019 ,inter alia, to consider and approve Un-audited Financial Results ( Standalone & Consolidated) for quarter and nine months ended 31.12.2018. Further, the trading window in respect of the Companys Securities shall remain closed for all the Directors / Officers / Designated employees of the Company from the opening of the trading hours on 25th January, 2019 till close of the trading hours on 7th February, 2019.
