This is in furtherance to our letter dated December 10, 2018 and pursuant to provisions of Section 110 of the Companies Act, 2013 read with the Companies (Management and Administration) Rules, 2014, the Company had conducted the process of Postal Ballot for seeking the approval of the shareholders by way of ordinary resolution for appointment of M/s. CNK and Associates LLP, Chartered Accountants (Firm Regn. No.101961W/W-100036) as Statutory Auditors of the Company. Further, pursuant to Regulation 44(3) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure requirements) Regulations, 2015, we are submitting herewith the result of the voting by Postal Ballot along with the Scrutinizers Report dated January 10, 2019 for your records and reference. The aforesaid Postal Ballot result will also be displayed on the website of the Company www.aegisindia.com
