We are pleased to inform that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held today i.e. February 14, 2019 has inter-alia considered and approved the following: - Unaudited Consolidated and Standalone Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter and Nine months ended December 31, 2018 in accordance with Regulation 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, as amended. The results were also reviewed by the Audit Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company. Copy of the aforesaid Unaudited Financial Results along with Auditors Review Reports is attached herewith. - The Board also considered, approved and took on record other items of the Agenda of the aforesaid Board Meeting. Meeting commenced at 3.00 PM and concluded at 4.15 PM This is for your kind information and records.
