This is to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company has at its meeting held today, i.e. 14th November, 2018 inter alia, considered and approved the Un-audited Financial Results for the Quarter and Half year ended 30th September 2018, the same were also reviewed by the Audit Committee in its meeting held on 14th November, 2018 before the Board Meeting. In terms of Regulation 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulation, 2015, we are pleased to submit:- 1. Un-audited Financial Results for the Quarter and Half year ended 30th September 2018. 2. Limited Review Report of the Statutory Auditors of the Company for the aforesaid results. The Meeting was started at 4.30 P.M. and concluded on 06:20 P.M. We hope you will find the above in order.
