Unaudited Financial Results for the Quarter ended 31ST December, 2018. In this connection the trading window for dealing in the Equity shares of the Company shall remain closed from 04th February, 2019 to 14th February, 2019 (both days inclusive) for the designated employees and Directors of the Company in terms of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015
