In this connection the trading window for dealing in the Equity shares of the Company shall remain closed from 3rd November, 2018 to 16th November, 2018 (both days inclusive) for the designated employees and Directors of the Company in terms of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015
