Pursuant to prescribed SEBI (LODR), Regulations, 2015 we hereby inform that Board at its meeting held on 14th November, 2018 at the Registered Office of the Company which commenced at 2:30 P.M. and concluded at 4:00 P.M. have considered and approved the following: 1. Pursuant to Regulation 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 Board have inter alia considered and approved Unaudited Financial Results for the Quarter/half year ended 30th September, 2018. In this connection, we enclose herewith the following: i) Unaudited financial results of the Company for the Quarter/Half Year ended on 30th September, 2018 and; ii) Copy of Limited Review Report of the Auditors of the Company on the Unaudited Financial Results.
