Pursuant to Regulation 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 Board have inter alia considered and approved Unaudited Financial Results for the Quarter ended 31st December, 2018. In this connection, we enclose herewith the following: i) Unaudited financial results of the Company for the Quarter ended on 31st December, 2018 and; ii) Copy of Limited Review Report of the Auditors of the Company on the Unaudited Financial Results.
