The Board of Directors in its meeting held today, i.e. February 14, 2019, inter-alia, considered and approved the Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter and Nine Months ended 31st December, 2018. In terms of Regulation 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, a copy of the above Financial Results and Limited Review Report thereon, issued by M/s. Basu Chanchani & Deb, Chartered Accountants, Statutory Auditors of the Company, is enclosed herewith. The Board Meeting commenced at 12.30 p.m. and concluded at 4.30 p.m. Please take the same on record.
