The Board of Directors in its meeting held today, i.e. 14th November, 2018, inter-alia, considered and approved the Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter and Six months ended 30th September, 2018. In terms of Regulation 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, a copy of the said Financial Results and Limited Review Report issued by M/s. Basu Chanchani & Deb, Chartered Accountants, Statutory Auditors of the Company is enclosed herewith. The Board Meeting commenced at 11.30 a.m. and concluded at 2.45 p.m. Please take the same on record.
