Dear Sir/Mam, The Board of Directors of Alchemist Corporation Limited at their meeting held today i.e 10th August, 2018 at the registered office of the company, which commenced at 02:30 P.M and concluded at 04:25 P.M, have approved the Un-Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended 30th June, 2018 and discussed the other necessary matters as per the agenda. Copy of said results is submitted herewith in compliance of Regulation 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 along with Limited Review Report.
