In continuation of our letter dated 23rd October, 2018 and pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Regulation 33 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (Listing Regulations), we are enclosing the Standalone and Consolidated Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter and half year ended 30th September, 2018, duly approved by the Board of Directors of the Company, at its meeting held today, i.e. 2nd November, 2018. The meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company commenced at 11.00 a.m. and concluded at 2.15 p.m. A copy of the Limited Review Report of the Statutory Auditors of the Company, as required under Regulation 33 of the Listing Regulations, is also enclosed herewith.
