In continuation of our letter dated 31st July, 2018 and pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Regulation 33 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (Listing Regulations), we are enclosing the Standalone and Consolidated Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended 30th June, 2018, duly approved by the Board of Directors of the Company, at its meeting held today, i.e. 10th August, 2018. The meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company commenced at 10.30 a.m. and concluded at 1.30 p.m. A copy of the Limited Review Report of the Statutory Auditors of the Company, as required under Regulation 33 of the Listing Regulations, is also enclosed herewith. Kindly take the same on record.
