This is to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company, at its meeting held today, the 17th May, 2019 which commenced at 02:00 p.m., and concluded at 04:45 p.m., inter-alia, has approved the following: a. Audited Standalone & Consolidated Financial Statements along with annexures, schedules and reports thereon for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2019 and the Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results for the quarter and Year ended March 31, 2019. Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, we are enclosing a copy of the Standalone & Consolidated Financial Results for your information and records. b. Auditors Report on Standalone & Consolidated Financial Statements for the year ended March 31, 2019 with unmodified opinion, pursuant to Regulation 33(3) of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 given by the Statutory Auditors. A copy of the declaration and reports are enclosed for your information and records.
