This is to inform you that pursuant to Regulation 29 and 33 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the Resolution Professional (RP) of the Company is proposing to publish and thereafter file with the relevant stock exchanges, the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and year ended 31st March, 2018 on Friday, 10th August, 2018. In view of the above, as per the provisions of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 for Prevention of Insider Trading in Securities of the Company, the trading window shall remain closed from 4 August, 2018 to 13 August, 2018 (both days inclusive).
