This is to inform you that pursuant to Regulation 29 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the Resolution Professional (RP) of the Company is proposing to publish and thereafter file with the relevant stock exchanges, the Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended 30th June, 2018 on Tuesday, 28th August, 2018. In view of the above, as per the provisions of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 for Prevention of Insider Trading in Securities of the Company, the trading window shall remain closed from 21st August, 2018 to 30th August, 2018 (both days inclusive).
