The Un-audited Financial Results for the quarter ended September 30, 2018 were certified by the Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary and the same were taken on record by the Resolution Professional at the meeting held on 14th November, 2018. We further confirm that pursuant to the Regulation 52 (7) of the Listing Regulations, there has been no deviation in the use of proceeds of issue of NCDs from the object stated in their respective Information Memorandum. The meeting commenced at 3.00 p.m. and concluded at 6.45 p.m. In terms of the applicable provisions, of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2017, the results are also being published in the newspaper and placed on Companys website www.alokind.com.
