AMAL LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 19/07/2019 ,inter alia, to consider and approve Pursuant to Regulation 29 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, please note that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Friday, July 19, 2019, at Mumbai, inter alia, to consider unaudited financial results for the quarter ended on June 30, 2019. Further, pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, trading window for trading in securities of the Company will remain closed from July 01, 2019 to July 21, 2019 (both days inclusive).
