The Company hereby informs the exchange that the Voting results pursuant to Regulation 44(3) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and Scrutinizers Report dated December 20, 2018 is attached. The resolution as set out in the Postal Ballot notice have been approved with requisite majority by the members and passed on December 19, 2018, which is the last date of receipt of Postal Ballot Forms.
