In Pursuant to Regulation 30 and 33 read with Schedule III of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform that the Board of Directors of the Company in its meeting held today i.e. Tuesday, 14th August, 2018, which commenced at 03:00 P.M and concluded at 6:10 P.M has inter-alia, approved the Unaudited Financial Results (Standalone & Consolidated) of the Company along with Limited Review Report for the quarter ended June 30, 2018. Copy of Quarterly Results along with Limited Review Report is attached. The results are also available on the website of the Company at www.apisindia.com and on the websites of Stock Exchange at www.bseindia.com.
