This is to inform you that at the meeting of Board of Directors of the Company concluded today and the Board approved the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter & year both ended on 31st March, 2018, Statement of Assets & Liabilities for the half year ended on that day and considered & took note of the Audited Report of the statutory auditor thereon. Auditors have given an Unmodified Opinion on the Annual Audited Financial Results of the Company for the financial year ended March 31, 2018. The meeting of Board of Directors commenced at 11.15 a.m. and concluded at 1.10 p.m.
