We would like to inform that the Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held today i.e. on Thursday, 14th February, 2019 have considered and approved the following: 1.The un-audited financial results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended on 31st December, 2018. 2.Limited Review Report in the prescribed format from Statutory Auditors on unaudited financial results of the Company for the quarter and nine month ended on 31st December, 2018. The Unaudited Financial Result and Limited Review Report of the Statutory Auditors for the aforesaid quarter and nine months are attached herewith. The Board Meeting commenced at 5:00 P.M. and concluded at 06:00 P.M. Kindly take the same on your records.
