A copy of the said Financial Results, duly signed by Mr. Chintan N. Parikh, Chairman and Managing Director along with Limited Review Report of the statutory auditor thereon is enclosed herewith. The meeting of Board of Directors commenced at 12.45 p.m. and concluded at 1.30 p.m.
