ASHOKA BUILDCON LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 30/01/2019 ,inter alia, to consider and approve The Unaudited Standalone Financial Results (along with Limited Review Report) of the Company for the quarter ended December 31, 2018 (Q3FY19). Further, as per the Companys Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading for Designated Employees, framed pursuant to the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company will remain closed for all Designated Employees (including Directors) of the Company and their dependents from January 21, 2019 till the expiry of 48 hours from the announcement of said financial results to the public. Please take note of the same.
