The Meeting Commenced at 12.40pm and concluded 1.30pm and Board reviewed, considered and approved the un-audited Financial results for the Quarter ended on 30th June, 2018 and took on records Limited Review Report on Quarterly Financial Results. A copy of Un-Audited Financial Results along Limited Review Report thereon are attached herewith for your records and display on the Stock Exchange Portal. Kindly take the results on record.
