The Board of Directors in its meeting held today i.e. 23rd October, 2018 which commenced at 10.00 a.m. and concluded at 11.05 a.m., approved the Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the second quarter/half year ended 30th September, 2018. A copy of the said results is enclosed pursuant to Regulation 33 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. Limited Review Report from our Auditors in respect of the above results is also enclosed.
