The Board of Directors in its meeting held today i.e. 31st July, 2018 which commenced at 1.30 p.m. and concluded at 2.25 p.m., approved the Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the first quarter ended 30th June, 2018. A copy of the said results is enclosed pursuant to Regulation 33 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. Limited Review Report from our Auditors in respect of the above results is also enclosed.
