This is to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company in its meeting held today i.e. 6th February, 2019 have considered and approved inter alia: 1. The unaudited standalone and consolidated Financial Results for the quarter and nine months ended 31st December, 2018. We enclose herewith a copy of the approved unaudited standalone and consolidated Financial Results for the quarter and nine months ended 31st December, 2018 along with the Limited Review Report of the Statutory Auditors thereon. The extract of the Financial Results are also being published in the newspapers. The meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company commenced at 1.30 p.m. and concluded at 5.00 p.m.
